She supports international companies in projects related to the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management and Crisis Management processes, the deployment of risk maps, the review of risk management, crisis management and business processes, the realization of crisis simulations, internal control optimization and internal audit assistance.
She is currently developing the Extended Enterprise Risk Management (EERM) practice in France with a special focus on third party framework deployment, contract management and third party audits.
She is actively involved in the digitalization of risk related offers with the development of EasyRisk (an end-to-end tool to conduct risk mappings).
