Stéphanie holds a diploma as a trilingual secretary and speaks French and English. After 5 years as a personal assistant for a tax Partner, she joined, in 2007, the immigration team in a law firm.

Since then, she has been working on immigration matters in the Lyon office. She supervises a junior consultant.

On a daily basis, she assists French companies and/or foreign groups with the introduction or transfer in France of foreign employees and handles the appropriate work and residence permit’s application. She provides technical advice on naturalization process and on the administrative process applicable to family members of foreign employees.

She is in direct contact with the different administrations concerned (labor office, OFII, French consular services overseas…).

She monitors the technical update on French immigration matters.

She takes part to several presentations addressed to French clients on French immigration regulations and the process to be implemented for professional immigration.

She provides preliminary advice to clients willing to transfer their employees outside the European Union (US, China, Brazil).

The so-called “Professional Future” law, promulgated on September 5, continues the fight against illegal work and increases the penalties for transnational posting of workers. At the same time, it offers
