In line with support measures for companies initiated during the COVID-19 pandemic by public authorities, the European Commission has just opened new support possibilities for France up to €7 billion.

Graduated from the French general engineering school Arts et Métiers Paristech, Norou also holds a MRes in nuclear fusion physics and technology and a MSc in innovation and business creation.
He joined Deloitte in early 2022, after 3,5 years working at ADEME, the French Agency for ecological transition, as a project leader for the “Investments for the Future” program (PIA). He evaluated, presented financing proposals, contracted and followed-up innovative R&D projects with ecological benefits (circular economy, industry, transports & mobility, energy) and reported to inter-ministerial decisional committees.
Before, Norou worked 2 years at CEA (French Atomic Energy Commission) as an R&D and manufacturing engineer for the IFMIF/EVEDA superconducting particle accelerator cryomodule.
