Stéphanie Norève

Prior joining Deloitte Société d’Avocats’ office in Montpellier in May 2020, Stéphanie has worked for 24 years for FIDAL, a law firm specialized in Business Law where she was Director of the Mediterranean Labour law department and then Director of the Montpellier office, managing a team of 20 lawyers specialized in different areas of business law (tax, corporate law, finance, and labour law).

Stéphanie manages the Labour team of Deloitte Société d’Avocats’ office in Montpellier. She advises French and international companies in multiple sectors including waste management, health sector as well as French organizations on their daily and strategic management of social relationships, and notably on restructuring plans, collective and individual labour relationships, safety and occupational risks policies. She also assists her clients before Labour and Social Security jurisdictions and provides training sessions on social law hot topics. She is also a regular visiting lecturer of the Montpellier School of Law.

Stéphanie was sworn in as lawyer in 1995 after passing a master’s degree in business law in 1994. She also underwent management training at leading business school HEC in 2019.
