Pierre has been practicing transformation for nearly 15 years (restructuring, M&A, change in organizations, way to work, automation…) from a HR Policy, Labor Law and change management perspectives.

He is convinced that social strategy allows companies to secure their legal procedures (to have the right to implement the new organization) but as well, secure the people who will stay within the company. Because these people will hold the strategy and will be responsible for the new business model success.

That’s what led me to get a degree at Stanford in Corporate Innovation in 2019, to complete my Law and Economical background.
