Julien Dominguez, Partner, is managing director of the Bordeaux office.
His practice covers all areas of corporate taxation, and he has a specific expertise on tax structuring, restructuring and the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions in France as well as patrimonial taxation.
Julien advises French and international groups, as well as investment funds, in connection with their acquisition projects and restructuring operations in France. He also assists clients in dealing with tax audits and tax litigation, and he takes part in the negotiation of solutions with the tax authorities.
Before joining the Deloitte Société d’Avocats Bordeaux office, he worked within Winston & Strawn and ReedSmith law firms in Paris.
