He assists French and international groups within the entire scope on indirect taxes, both on day-to-day and out-of-the-ordinary indirect tax queries.
Jean-Charles is also frequently involved in acquisition projects (due diligence) and structuring, in partnership with the M&A service, as regards indirect tax aspects.
