I am a Tax and Legal Partner, with 21 years of experience in the legal and tax consulting , with focus on african regulations.
I am a French qualified lawyer. I started my career as a Lawyer registered at the Paris Bar, working successively for law firms in France. I then joined Deloitte in Gabon in 2009, where I have been located for 6 years, and I am now based in the DRC. I am also coordinating the tax and legal activities in the Francophone Africa, as head of tax and legal.
I serve national and international clients operating in different sectors, including notably in the mining, O&G and Telecom. I do assist them on tax and legal aspects, within their reorganization operations (M&A, transfer of business, restructuration, …) and capital investment in Africa (audit, financial plan, equity agreement, JV, legal opinions, …) as well as their current business operations. I have also a great experience in the OHADA regulation, which governs the business law in 17 countries in Africa.
