Tony is a Director and lawyer at Deloitte Legal, where he heads the Technology, Privacy and Data Protection practice.
He regularly advises major French and international companies on information technology law, data protection and privacy matters, both in the context of legal advisory work and due diligence projects. He also assists clients with large-scale IT initiatives, including cloud transformations, carve-outs and digital transformation projects. From a data protection perspective, he advises both controllers and processors on compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy regulations.
Tony has developed extensive experience supporting multinational organizations on a wide range of privacy and compliance matters, including serving as an external Data Protection Officer (DPO), designing and implementing GDPR compliance programs, deploying group-wide policies, defining data retention frameworks, and structuring international personal data transfers within corporate groups.
He holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Business Law from Paris Nanterre University (formerly Paris X University) and advises clients in both French and English.
