Tony is attorney at law who joined Deloitte Legal law firm, a Deloitte network entity, in 2016.
He is a Manager of the Legal Department of Deloitte Société d’Avocats in charge of IT, Privacy and Data Protection law but also exercises in contract, distribution and commercial law matters He works regularly in IT law, data protection/privacy for legal due diligence purposes and also for legal advices for major French and international companies.
From a GDPR perspective, he advices data controllers, as well as, data processors. He has already intervened for reviewing and updating agreements with third party vendors that will have access EU and non EU personal data to ensure those agreements comply with the GDPR.
