Géraldine is a Partner in Deloitte’s Forensic practice in France. Her main areas of expertise are ethics, whistleblowing, corporate compliance, investigation, corporate intelligence and more broadly initiatives aiming to fight against fraud and corruption. She supported large international groups in the implementation of their compliance program i.e. charter of ethics documentation, compliance handbook development, whistleblowing hotline set up, risk assessment performance, writing anti-corruption policies, training deployment, response to incident set up, etc. She has coordinated multiple FCPA/UKBA audits, third party due diligences, pre/post acquisition due diligence to cover fraud & corruption risks and drawn a key-in-hand road map to remediate deficiencies identified. In addition, she has performed numerous investigations in various sectors helping clients to strengthen their internal control where needed to prevent fraud reoccurrence as well as to prepare external disclosures.
